Through a management framework aligned with international standards, OSE incorporates human rights, environmental protection, occupational safety and health, and business ethics into supplier assessment and management processes, enhancing supply chain sustainability and long-term value.

Sustainable Supplier Management

OSE is committed to building a responsible and sustainable supply chain. Through supplier management, risk assessment, audits, and ESG integration, OSE strengthens supply chain resilience, promotes responsible sourcing, and creates long-term sustainable value with its partners.

OSE has established a Supplier Code of Conduct based on the RBA Code of Conduct, the UNGC, the UDHR, and SA8000. Covering human rights, labor practices, environmental protection, and business ethics, the Code supports the development of a responsible and sustainable supply chain.

The Supplier Code of Conduct is incorporated into contractual agreements and applies to suppliers, subsidiaries, contractors, and other business partners, ensuring transparent and fair cooperation.

Supplier Environmental and Social Risk Assessment

OSE performs regulatory compliance checks for all new and existing suppliers during qualification, including：
•Review of Test Reports and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
•Declaration of Non-Hazardous Substances
•ICP Analysis Report (Hazardous Substance Testing)
•Verification of Compliance with Regulatory, Customer, and Company Requirements

Through cross-functional reviews by quality management and relevant departments, OSE verifies supplier compliance with environmental, product safety, and customer requirements, strengthening the supply chain’s ability to identify and manage sustainability-related risks.

Localized Procurement

OSE will continue to promote a localized procurement strategy, which is an important part of implementing sustainable business practices and corporate social responsibility.

In 2025, a total of 51 new OSE suppliers signed the “Declaration of Conformity for Honest and Code of Conduct,” “Declaration for Non-use of Conflict Minerals,” and “RBA Pledge,” demonstrating that our suppliers value environmental protection, occupational safety, labor rights, and ethical business practices.
