TCFD – Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures

The Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), established in 2015 by the Financial Stability Board (FSB), provides companies with a framework to identify and disclose climate-related financial risks and opportunities. OSE began aligning its reporting with TCFD recommendations in 2022 and has continued to strengthen governance, strategy, risk management, and metrics disclosure. In December 2022, OSE formally became a TCFD supporter.
