Talent development is a critical factor in implementing sustainability within an organization. At OSE, we believe in the business philosophy of “integrity and sustainable management” and have therefore, established an education and training framework aimed at building a comprehensive competency development pathway. By integrating internal and external Resource, we offer various courses on leadership and management, team collaboration, communication skills, digital transformation, digital tools, decision analysis, problem-solving and more. These courses enable our employees to enhance their skills and knowledge while fostering personal growth. Together, we progress on the path of growth and development alongside OSE.

OSE provides a variety of training courses for employees, providing a variety of courses in management, technology, system and system, language, newcomer training, legal, environmental and newcomer training according to organizational needs.

Newcomer training – OP training mechanism

We have designed a set of “OP training mechanism” to make new people’s professional and technical learning more proficient, to make the teaching and operation quality consistent, and to make new people more able to integrate and adapt work environment.
Improve the retention rate of newcomers, the learning outcomes of newcomers’ knowledge and skills, and shorten the learning time of newcomers to stabilize production manpower.

Employee Training Hours

We carry out various training programs and related measures through systematic and structured training mechanisms and regulations. Outcomes from training programs are evaluated and reviewed for subsequent improvement. We will also establish internal audits for training programs to regularly self-assess the enforcement, applicability, and effectiveness of how training programs are run to ensure the enforcement, quality, outcomes, and results.

In 2023, OSE invested a total of NT$ 4,692,536 in employee learning and development courses. OSE employees received a total of 95,999.5 hours of education and training. The average employee training hours in 2023 increased significantly compared with 2023.
