Talent development is a critical factor in implementing sustainability within an organization. At OSE, we believe in the business philosophy of “integrity and sustainable management” and have therefore, established an education and training framework aimed at building a comprehensive competency development pathway. By integrating internal and external Resource, we offer various courses on leadership and management, team collaboration, communication skills, digital transformation, digital tools, decision analysis, problem-solving and more. These courses enable our employees to enhance their skills and knowledge while fostering personal growth. Together, we progress on the path of growth and development alongside OSE.

Employee Training Hours
OSE systematically designs its education and training blueprint in line with the annual organizational strategy and the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term talent development goals.
The blueprint integrates professional competencies, managerial capabilities, compliance programs, and digital transformation needs to strengthen employees’ overall capacity. Beyond the key training initiatives disclosed in this report, it also encompasses vocational skills training and regular certification systems, underscoring the company’s strong commitment to sustainable development and talent cultivation.
In 2024, aligned with strategic initiatives and enhancement measures, OSE invested a total of NT$4,654,682 in employee learning and development.
Employees collectively received 152,851.65 training hours—representing an increase of nearly 60% compared to 2023. This reflects the company’s continuous expansion of internal learning resources and training investment, broadening coverage, frequency, and course depth. Looking ahead, OSE will continue its “Precise Competence × Digital Empowerment” strategy to build a talent team with global competitiveness and drive the joint advancement of both the organization and its employees.
