Organizational Structure of the Committee

To fully implement sustainable development and in accordance with OSE’s core sustainable strategies and vision, we established the ESG Committee to promote sustainable development in 2022. Also in 2023, OSE “Sustainable Development Practice Principles” along with other regulation have been approved by OSE board of directors.

Sustainable Strategies

ESG Committee identifies sustainable issues relevant to its operations and stakeholder concerns, as well as domestic and international sustainable development trends; Promote sustainability projects and monitor implementation progress through the five major task forces (Environmental, Social Inclusion, Corporate Governance, Information Security, and Supply Chain Collaboration); Ensure full implementation of ESG strategies in company operations; Report progress and future plans according to OSE regulations to the Board at least once a year to help the board monitor implementation; Incorporate sustainable strategies to OSE’s development to realize sustainable business goals. The last annual report date to OSE Board of Directors was April 24, 2024.
